1.1This test method covers the determination of hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, methane, carbon monoxide, and carbon dioxide in the parts per billion mole (nmol/mol) to parts per million mole (mol/mol) range in C₂ and C₃ hydrocarbons.

1.2The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as standard. No other units of measurement are included in this standard.
